Acceptable Use Policy

What is allowed, restricted and prohibited on Dealio, so the platform stays safe and useful for everyone.

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Dealio services. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension or termination of your account, and reporting to authorities where required by law.

2

Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for the content you submit to and generate through the Services. You must have the right to use any data, prompts, files or credentials you provide to us, and you must comply with all applicable laws and third-party agreements.

3

Prohibited activities

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break any law, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of others.
  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualises minors in any form.
  • Create content intended to harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against or incite violence toward individuals or groups.
  • Build tools for weapons of mass destruction, biological or chemical weapons, or attacks on critical infrastructure.
  • Impersonate real people, deceive users about the AI nature of content, or run misinformation, election-manipulation or deep-fake-fraud campaigns.
  • Provide unauthorized professional advice (medical, legal, financial) as if generated by a licensed professional.
  • Generate malware, phishing content, or tools designed to gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Scrape or reverse-engineer the Services, extract embedded model weights, or bypass rate limits, authentication or usage controls.
  • Resell raw Dealio credits or access to the underlying models, except under an explicit written agreement.
4

Restricted use cases

Some use cases are permitted only with additional safeguards, human oversight and, where applicable, our prior written approval. Examples include automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, credit scoring, employment or education decisions, and applications directed to minors. Contact us if you plan to use the Services in one of these areas.

5

Security and integrity

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the platform.
  • Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written permission.
  • Do not share credentials, API keys or session tokens between unrelated users or projects.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected] — do not exploit them.
6

Content and outputs

You retain ownership of your inputs and, subject to applicable law and third-party rights, of the outputs you generate. You must review AI-generated outputs before publishing or acting on them, and clearly disclose AI-generated content where the law requires it or where users would reasonably expect that disclosure.

7

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, suspend features, throttle usage, or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent bans and to referral to law enforcement. We may cooperate with lawful investigations while respecting your privacy rights.

8

Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that violates this AUP, email [email protected] with as much detail as possible (URLs, account names, timestamps, screenshots). We review every report.
