Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dealio ("Dealio", "we", "us") and govern access to our website, dashboard, credits and AI services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or purchasing credits you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

To use most features you must create an account with accurate information and a secure password (minimum 8 characters). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits.

Access to Dealio services is powered by a single credit balance. One credit is priced at €0.10 (other currencies are converted at indicative rates shown at checkout). Minimum first purchase is 50 credits.

• Credits are prepaid and never expire.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts unless we explicitly authorize it.
• Each service lists a starting credit cost in the dashboard. The final cost may vary with usage, complexity and scope.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bank transfer is the default payment method; other methods (card, PayPal, Stripe) become available as we roll them out. For bank transfers, banking details are sent to your email after checkout and credits are activated once the payment lands (typically 1–2 business days). Taxes, currency conversion fees and bank fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the platform, other users or third parties at risk.

Dealio, its brand, software, models, prompts, workflows and documentation are owned by Dealio and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

You retain ownership of the input data you submit and of the outputs you generate through the Services, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant us the rights needed to operate, secure and improve the Services (for example, to run your requests, provide support and monitor for abuse).

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them and for any decision you make based on them. The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (payment processors, model providers, storage, analytics). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms, and Dealio is not responsible for their availability or content.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Dealio in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continued access would create risk for the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time. See our Refund Policy for how unused credits are handled.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dealio is established, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
