Refund Policy

Prepaid credits are digital and used on demand. Here is how refunds and unused credits work.

Principle

Dealio sells prepaid credits that unlock AI services. Because credits are digital and used immediately once services are activated, all sales are considered final, subject to the exceptions below and to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.

EU / UK right of withdrawal

If you purchase credits as a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with a similar right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of unused credits.

By activating a paid service and consuming credits, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits that have already been spent.

Unused credits

Unused credits never expire while your account is active. If you close your account, remaining credits are forfeited unless you request a refund within the withdrawal window described above, or unless local law requires otherwise.

What is not eligible for a refund

  • Credits that have already been consumed by any AI service.
  • Services delivered in accordance with your instructions where the output cannot be reasonably re-run.
  • Purchases made using promotional codes, where the discounted portion is not refundable in cash.
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations or abuse.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and include:

  • The order or invoice reference.
  • The number of unused credits you wish to refund.
  • The reason for the request (helps us improve, not required).
  • Bank details for the refund transfer, if applicable.

We review requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks and disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us — we can almost always resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension until the dispute is settled.

Service outages

In the rare event of a significant service outage affecting your paid usage, contact us. We may credit your account or, at our discretion, refund the affected amount.
